Dolphins QB Chad Henne injures left shoulder ... - Fantasy Sports

Sunday wasn't a very active day for Miami Dolphins quarterback Chad Henne after he injured his left, non-throwing shoulder with about six minutes remaining in the first quarter of yesterday's loss to San Diego. Henne went to the locker room and while he did return to the sidelines, he never re-entered the game. Henne wore a sling after the game but does think he'll be able to play after the Dolphins' bye this week.
"I can rip this arm off, and as long as I can post the ball up I think I can play," Henne said. "I've had shoulder injuries in college and high school and I played through it, so I expect to play through it again."
Henne's day finished with 27 yards on 3-of-4 passing. His one incompletion was actually an interception. Henne was replaced by Matt Moore, who completed 17 of 26 passes for 167 yards and a pick. FANTASY ANALYSIS: Not a whole lot to be positive about with this Dolphins offense right now. Moore was competent yesterday, nothing more. He did throw to Brandon Marshall eight times, connecting with him five times for 52 yards. Henne or Moore, Marshall is the only guy in this passing game that should be anywhere near fantasy lineups. The Dolphins' next game comes on the road against the Jets on Monday, Oct. 17.
