Have I told you guys yet that I am an Experience Life Magazine Community Ambassador? This highly excites me because I love the magazine, its contents and everything it stands for.
For those of you who don?t know, the magazine was established in 2001 as a quarterly magazine. ?It?is now published 10 times a year by?Life Time Fitness (NYSE:?LTM), a leading healthy-way-of life company and operator of?90 premier health and fitness clubs (as of 8/20/10)?located throughout the country.? (Source) They are located in my homeskillet Minnesota, which is why when I was back home recently I had the pleasure of meeting some of the?fantastic?people behind the magazine.
(I?m always all about full disclosure. I am not paid by Experience Life Magazine. I was already an avid reader upon my partnership with them. I will only talk about the things I am passionate about, and that I think you might be interested in hearing.)
Now that that?s out of the way, I bet you?re wondering, ?WHAT is so amazing about the magazine?!?
Here is their motto,
Being Healthy is a Revolutionary Act
I don?t think there are any 6 words in a row that resonate more with me than those 6 (except for maybe My Life = Ryan, Reagan and Fiona!)
Many people and magazines say one thing, but promote another. They could not be more true to what they say. Everything from the articles to the advertising to the people behind the magazine scream ? ?Being Healthy is a Revolutionary Act.? The magazine isn?t about quick weight loss gimmicks, supplements to enhance figures and ?how to get a hot body in 30 days.? It includes everything which comprises a healthy lifestyle ? from food to fitness, alternative workouts to the integration of mind, body and spirit.
Being Healthy is a Revolutionary Act: A Manifesto for Thriving in a Mixed-Up World
101 Revolutionary Ways to be Healthy
A few of my favorites?.
Again, I don?t get paid to do this. But awesome must spread. Always! I am very excited to be an Ambassador, and I have high hopes for many awesome things to come of it. Stay tuned!
I have a few copies of these, a few copies of these and?a few copies of the ?Being Healthy is a Revolutionary Act: Manifesto? booklet from above. If you?d like one, please just leave a comment here and I will follow up with you!
Of course, you can get your own Experience Life Magazine subscription, too:)
